Helping a Korean Entrepreneur with a Business Visit to China

Mr. Kim is the head of a Korean electronic product manufacturing company. He planned to visit Shenzhen, China, to inspect electronic component suppliers and seek new cooperation opportunities. Due to time constraints, he hoped to obtain his business visa as soon as possible.

Upon receiving Mr. Kim’s request, I immediately took action. First, I helped him prepare a detailed business invitation letter, which was jointly issued by several suppliers in Shenzhen. The letter clearly stated the purpose of Mr. Kim’s visit, the schedule of his factory inspections, and the potential cooperation intentions between both parties.

At the same time, I assisted Mr. Kim in organizing the necessary documents, including his company’s business license, personal identification, and bank credit certificate. Given the urgency, I also applied for an expedited visa service for him. When applying for the expedited service, I explained to the visa officer the urgency of Mr. Kim’s business visit and the significance of this visit for the potential cooperation between both companies.

During the document preparation process, Mr. Kim encountered an issue: the amount stated in his bank credit certificate did not match his planned procurement budget in China. I advised him to contact his bank to provide an explanation and supplement it with additional financial documents to demonstrate that he had sufficient funds for his business activities.

After several days of effort, all the required documents were finally prepared and submitted. Thanks to the expedited service, Mr. Kim received his visa approval notification just three days later. He was thrilled and highly appreciated my efficient service.

After Mr. Kim successfully arrived in China, I also arranged transportation and accommodation for him in Shenzhen and assisted him in communicating and coordinating with the suppliers. During his visit, Mr. Kim found several suppliers that met his requirements and reached preliminary cooperation agreements with them. He thanked me once again, saying that his trip to China was a great success and that he hoped to continue working together in the future.
